Easy Way To Prepare A Healthy Beet - Root Juice At Home

 Ingredients:

 Beet-Root                      : 1(Full  Beetroot)
 Sugar                             : 1 Cup
 Lemon                           : 1 (Full)
 Water                             : 3 Glasses (normal or cold water)
 Basil Seeds(sabji seeds)  : 2-3 spoons ( as per required)
 Elachi powder                 : Half table spoon

How To Prepare:

Take a medium size Bowl and peal the beet root ,slice into small pieces ,& add some water to boil
Beet root .

After boiling a beet-root for 15 -20 mins, make the beetroot paste and add 3 cups of water (normal or cold).

Add sugar into beet-root juice and stirr it till sugar get dissolve completely.

Now, take a small cup with normal water ,add a Basil seeds in Water & wait for 5 mins till it gets soaked in water.

Add these Soaked Basil Seeds to the beet root juice & stirr it.

Finally, Add a lemon juice & Elachi powder into it.

Now ,Healthy home made Beet-root juice is Ready to Serve.

How To Prepare A  Simple Carrot Fry With In 15 Mins?

Ingredients:

Oil                         : 6 Table Spoons
Cumin Seeds          : 1 Table Spoon
Garlic                     : 8-10 garlic slices
Carrot                    : 1/2 Kg
Onion                     : 2(finely chopped)
Red Chilli               : 4-5
Salt                        : To Taste
Red Chilli Powder  : 1-2 spoons ( as per the requirement)
Curry leaves           : Required amt.
coriander leaves     : Required amt.

How To Prepare:

-First chop the onions into small pieces
-Make garlic into small slices
-Remove the carrot peal & grind them roughly in a mixer
-Take a kadai & Heat the oil & add the garlic slices & wait for 2 secs to
 change the galic into golden brown ,then add red chillies,next add onions ,curry leaves
 fry the onions till it turns to golden brown colour .Now, add the roughly grinded carrot into it and do mixing until carrot changes its colour
 now, add 1-2 spoons of red chilli powder (as per the requirement),salt to taste & mix well,
- Finally, sprinkle the finely chopped coriander leafs on the curry & its Ready To Serve .
